FOCUS ON HYBRID EVENTS
The darmstadtium offers ideal conditions for hybrid events and virtual offerings. The existing IT infrastructure is crucial when planning and implementing these formats. Thanks to optimal connectivity in all areas of the building, the darmstadtium can act flexibly and offer customers a wide range of solutions. With 2 x 20 Gigabit/s external internet connection, the darmstadtium is the fastest congress centre in Germany.
Integration of an in-house streaming server for the Cisco Webex Meetings solution marks a further step towards optimising the offering. Our clients also benefit from the ability of our experienced staff to respond to their individual requests. On-site personal consulting by our competent staff is very important to our customers.

Our catering partner Gaul Catering creates concepts that are every bit as distinctive and unique as our customers. Gaul Catering draws its expertise and experience from a variety of exclusive catering contracts with venues such as Messe Karlsruhe, the MEWA ARENA or us, the Darmstadt Science and Congress Centre.
Furthermore, Gaul Catering features integrated event concepts like “Greenline by Gaul”. With seasonal products, regional partners and vegetarian compositions, Gaul fulfils all your individual wishes as a customer.
Gaul Catering – your gastronomic partner at business conventions, major social events, gala functions and trade fairs – will make your event something very special. You can obtain an individual quote on request. In addition to its modern and flexible catering facilities, the Darmstadt Science and Congress Centre also features the CALLA restaurant with an adjoining wine bar.

BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES
Benefit from our experience when it comes to staging your unique event. Take advantage of our in-house multimedia branding opportunities for you and your business. The flexibility of our multimedia routing system means we can enable our customers to create a personalised and CI-compliant event.
The event-specific visitor guiding system can be transferred to the wayfinding posts in the foyers, the infoscreens in the congress area and the multimedia door signs on the conference levels.
The large-format LED wall (dimensions: 17 x 1 metres) above the main entrance is located on a highly frequented main road (approx. 30,000 cars per day) in Darmstadt, thus offering maximum presence for your event. We would be happy to advise you about the display packages.
ADVERTISING OPTIONS AT EVENTS IN THE CONGRESS CENTRE OR IN THE OUTDOOR AREA
Would you, for instance, like to celebrate the “comeback” of your flags and banners after your event? Talk to us to find a sustainable solution with a “wow” effect.
We are also happy to support you in other ways when it comes to organising your event. Feel free to ask us for the contact details of our partner agency for professional design, including the production of your flags. In-house stickers for our main staircase or route signage in accompanying exhibitions are also part of our partner agency’s repertoire.
Online advertising
Use our online channels to promote your upcoming event at darmstadtium. In addition to the numerous in-house branding opportunities, we offer our customers the option of presenting events in advance via the darmstadtium website and social media channels. Simply send us suitable image and text material and we will create a detailed entry in our online event calendar or promote your event via Instagram, facebook and twitter.
