In mid-April 2025, one of Europe’s largest user conferences for the Python programming language – PyCon & PyData – took place at darmstadtium. With 1,500 participants on-site and more than 600 online attendees, the conference ran seamlessly thanks to the venue’s powerful network. 

In 2024, Red Hat Summit: Connect made its stop in Darmstadt for the third time – turning the darmstadtium into the central hub for Red Hat customers and partners over the course of three days, with more than 720 attendees on the main day. For the 10th time, the Engineering Summit brought together the leading minds of the European plant engineering sector in Darmstadt.
