CALLA – THE RESTAURANT AND WINE BAR AT THE DARMSTADTIUM

The restaurant offers its guests sophisticated cuisine that invites them to enjoy, exhibit their business, and celebrate. The lounge areas, the restaurant and the wine bar offer a wealth of possibilities for private or business events. The adjacent access to the darmstadtium lounge allows you to integrate it directly into your event setup. There are 80 seats available in the restaurant and another 50 seats at the wine bar. 

The cuisine on offer is refreshingly diverse, ranging from regional dishes to innovative international cuisine. The sense of culinary experimentation is the restaurant’s speciality. Responsible use of food and transparency regarding quality of the products are high priorities for the restaurant.

Calla impresses with its clear concept and stylish ambience. In addition to catering for conferences and meetings, Calla also offers a broad spectrum of cooking courses, private kitchen parties and special events.

One highlight is the large open-air section on the outer steps of the darmstadtium that offers a view of the castle. Guests can linger in summer and enjoy the range of dining options.

More room for safe events

Maintaining safe social distancing is still the order of the day. With this in mind, the darmstadtium offers more space for holding your events. Events with up to 500 people are currently possible at our site. Event participants must present a negative corona test taken on the day of the event. Recovered or fully vaccinated individuals are exempt from the testing requirement.
