With the following data protection information, we, Wissenschafts- und Kongresszentrum Darmstadt GmbH & Co. KG, Schlossgraben 1, 64283 Darmstadt, explain which personal data we collect about you when you visit our website at, and how we use your data.

 We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection provisions and this data protection statement.

We do not learn any personal information about you via our website (such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily (e.g. for queries, surveys or job applications) or the applicable legal provisions regarding the protection of your data allow us to do so.

If you send queries to us via the contact form, your information from the query form as well as the contact data you have provided will be stored by us in order to process your query and in the event that there are follow-up questions. We do not pass this data onto third parties without your consent.

 We only store personal data you provide as long as is necessary in order to fulfil the purposes for which the data was provided or as long as the law requires.

Our employees are required to observe confidentiality and data protection accordingly. 


A visit to our websites is logged. The current IP address of your computer, the websites visited, your browser, the date and time and the operating system of your computer are recorded. This data is only used for data security purposes and for anonymous statistical evaluation. We shall not use this information for any other purpose.
