It’s no secret that the congress centre was controversial to begin with – but the development has long since changed the minds of most of its doubters. Although it was intended as a condescending remark to begin with, the colloquial name “Schepp Schachtel” (translated: crooked box) no longer bears a negative connotation, but has become a familiar nickname.
